We’re working with a well-established and recognised brand to recruit an IT Support Technician to join their collaborative IT team, providing remote and hands-on technical support. This is a Norwich-based role with occasional travel to other local offices as required. The Role As IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for users across multiple offices, providing technical support, resolving IT issues, and helping to ensure the smooth running of systems and equipment.
