An established UK organisation is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead and evolve its technology function during a period of operational maturity and controlled change. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role has end-to-end responsibility for IT strategy, infrastructure, service delivery, security, and governance. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary internal IT function through senior specialists, while remaining technically engaged in architecture, resilience, and major incidents where required. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who balances hands-on technical credibility with strong governance, people leadership, and commercial awareness. We're looking to engage an experienced Full Stack Developer to deliver a defined package of security and compliance-focused enhancements to our client's web platform.  This is a short-term, well-scoped contract focused on strengthening authentication, auditing, and application security within an existing production system. We’re working with a well-established, Suffolk-based organisation operating in a regulated environment. They’re looking to appoint a Team Lead to take ownership of a small, close-knit internal development team and bring structure, consistency and clarity to how work is delivered. Hybrid working | 2–3 days per week onsite This is a people and delivery leadership role, not a hands-on development position.
