An established UK organisation is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead and evolve its technology function during a period of operational maturity and controlled change. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role has end-to-end responsibility for IT strategy, infrastructure, service delivery, security, and governance. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary internal IT function through senior specialists, while remaining technically engaged in architecture, resilience, and major incidents where required. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who balances hands-on technical credibility with strong governance, people leadership, and commercial awareness. We're looking to engage an experienced Full Stack Developer to deliver a defined package of security and compliance-focused enhancements to our client's web platform.  This is a short-term, well-scoped contract focused on strengthening authentication, auditing, and application security within an existing production system. This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with time in a modern engineering office environment. The business develops specialist software products with strong data and analytics capabilities, used by customers in a regulated, technical industry. This role offers a great opportunity for a developer with a solid foundation in C# and .NET to build on their skills, work on real-world products, and continue progressing professionally within a supportive development team. The Role You will work as part of an agile development team, contributing to the design, development, and ongoing improvement of core software products. The team is currently focused on scaling existing platforms and modernising a legacy codebase into newer versions of .NET. They’re looking to appoint a Team Lead to take ownership of a small, close-knit internal development team and bring structure, consistency and clarity to how work is delivered. Hybrid working | 2–3 days per week onsite This is a people and delivery leadership role, not a hands-on development position.
