They’re hiring a Senior BI Analyst to deliver “decision-ready” reporting, improve data quality and metric consistency, and increase automation across their analytics workflows. We’re supporting an FCA-regulated organisation with the hire of an Analytics Engineer to strengthen its modern data and analytics capability. This is a hands-on role focused on building trusted, reusable data assets that support reporting, product insight and decision-making across the organisation. What you’ll be doing:   Designing and maintaining clean, scalable data models (e.g. star/snowflake schemas) and defining consistent business metrics Building and improving ELT pipelines in Databricks using SQL and Python/PySpark, with a focus on reliability and performance Feeding curated datasets into Power BI (including modelling and DAX where required) to support trusted reporting Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into data logic, and improve how analytics is consumed Contributing to good practice around documentation, data quality checks, lineage/metadata and version control, helping raise standards across the analytics function What we’re looking for:   Hands-on experience in Databricks plus strong SQL and Python/PySpark Evidence of owning end-to-end analytics delivery Comfortable working with business and product stakeholders, challenging requirements when needed and translating them into clear data logic. An established UK organisation is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead and evolve its technology function during a period of operational maturity and controlled change. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role has end-to-end responsibility for IT strategy, infrastructure, service delivery, security, and governance. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary internal IT function through senior specialists, while remaining technically engaged in architecture, resilience, and major incidents where required. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who balances hands-on technical credibility with strong governance, people leadership, and commercial awareness. The role centres on repairing and maintaining electrical equipment used within their hire fleet, so hands-on electronics experience is a real advantage, someone who’s spent time repairing electronics, using tools and ideally doing a bit of soldering.
