About the Role

Norwich | Permanent | Full-time | £25,000 per annum

We're partnered with an established creative and digital agency looking to add a Junior Video Editor to its growing production team in Norwich.

This role has a strong focus on post-production. You'll work on video content for a range of B2B clients, taking projects from raw footage through editing, grading, internal & client review and subsequent revisions.

You'll primarily work in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, and you’ll also get involved in camera and lighting setup for interviews and occasional shoots.

Duties of the role:

  • Editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Producing first-cut edits ready for internal or client review
  • Colour grading using DaVinci Resolve
  • Preparing and organising footage for editing and grading
  • Uploading work for review and managing incoming feedback
  • Completing revisions in line with client instructions
  • Supporting remote video and podcast recordings
  • Providing basic technical support to recording participants
  • Preparing filming equipment ahead of shoots
  • Occasionally setting up and operating cameras and lighting
  • Attending filming days, shoots and events when required

Experience required:

You’ll ideally have at least one year of relevant video experience, gained either professionally or through education.

You’ll need:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for grading
  • An understanding of camera and lighting setup
  • General Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop and build your craft

You’ll be joining an experienced, multidisciplinary team spanning creative, production, strategy and client services, with the opportunity to work across established UK and international brands.
