We’re recruiting for an established professional services business modernising their reporting and data platform. They’re hiring a Senior BI Analyst to deliver “decision-ready” reporting, improve data quality and metric consistency, and increase automation across their analytics workflows. What you’ll do: Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting outputs that support business needs Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency Reduce reporting issues and manual work with smarter modelling and automation processes Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into requirements and solutions Help build and improve the company’s new reporting approach as it’s being developed Provide analysis to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities across the business What we’re looking for: Expert SQL experience (analysis, modelling, working with complex datasets) Python experience for analysis, automation and prototyping Databricks experience/exposure in an analytical setting Strong understanding of metrics, definitions, anomalies and data quality Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders 3+ years in BI/analytics Nice to have: Power BI (or similar BI tooling) Location / working pattern Hybrid: typically 2–3 days per week onsite.
