Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing Lead the development, testing, and deployment of high-performance systems. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to a growing development team. Oversee code reviews, system architecture, and best practice implementation. Ensure software development aligns with industry standards, security protocols, and business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Data teams.
