- Keeping supplier records up to date and organised
- Supporting the sales and rental teams with order admin and goods in/out paperwork
- Assisting with transport quotes and booking deliveries/collections
- Handling customer and supplier queries via phone and email
- General admin support for managers and directors
What you’ll need
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with suppliers and customers
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator with solid telephone manners
- Able to build relationships and stay calm under pressure

We’re working with a specialist equipment business in Framlingham that’s looking to add a Service Technician to the team.
The role centres on repairing and maintaining electrical equipment used within their hire fleet, so hands-on electronics experience is a real advantage, someone who’s spent time repairing electronics, using tools and ideally doing a bit of soldering.
What you’ll be doing
Fault-finding on inspection kits, monitors and control units
Repairing or replacing components such as connectors, cables, lights, circuit boards, and small mechanical parts
Carrying out basic soldering and wiring repairs
Cleaning, preparing and testing equipment before it goes back out on hire
Making sure repair notes and service records are kept accurate and up to date
Keeping the workshop organised and working safely
Helping with occasional local deliveries/collections when needed
This role will suit
Someone with hands-on repair experience; ideally in electronics, wiring, soldering, or similar “bench repair” work
A practical problem-solver who enjoys taking things apart and fixing them to a high standard
Happy working on-site in a small, supportive team
Detailed, methodical, and able to follow repeatable processes
Full UK driving licence required for occasional vehicle use

As Development Lead, you’ll take ownership of a multidisciplinary software team responsible for delivering and maintaining multiple high-traffic web platforms and internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
A credible technical lead with proven full-stack experience who enjoys combining hands-on coding with mentoring and team management.
You’ll be confident leading across backend, frontend and mobile projects balancing technical depth with delivery ownership, and the ability to guide developers towards deadlines whilst maintaining quality.
You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders to understand priorities and plan technical improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
Technical Skills & Experience
Strong PHP / Laravel expertise with solid OOP principles
