About the Role
We’re partnering with a succesful and expanding engineering company who are looking for an astute Office Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Administrator to handle purchasing, manage stock levels, maintain the ERP system and support general office and finance administration. It’s a key position within the business, ensuring systems, orders, and communication all run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities

Support purchasing and procurement, raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers

Maintain and update the ERP system with accurate parts and stock information

Process invoices, credit notes and assist with finance-related tasks

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders where necessary

Produce reports for management on purchasing, stock, and supplier performance

Handle incoming emails, calls, and general office correspondence

Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments
Personal Specifications
-
Previous administrative experience within a manufacturing, engineering or technical setting
-
Excellent attention to detail and strong data accuracy

Confident using ERP or stock management software

Proficient with Excel and general IT systems

Reliable, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to supporting the wider team
