About the Role
We are recruiting for a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation and wider systems integration programme.
This role will define how Salesforce fits within the broader technology landscape, how it integrates with existing systems, and how the architecture can enable scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.
Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office
We're looking for someone technically strong, commercially mature and comfortable working across development, product and business stakeholder groups. You will need to understand technical detail, challenge existing ways of working, and make practical decisions that support delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing the Salesforce CRM solution architecture across current and future systems.
- Defining how Salesforce integrates with wider business platforms and applications.
- Supporting CRM migration, including data mapping, data quality and transition planning.
- Working with developers to shape robust, practical technical solutions.
- Working with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear architectural decisions.
- Reviewing existing systems, integrations and processes to identify improvements and simplification opportunities.
- Advising on configuration, customisation, integration patterns and technical trade-offs.
- Creating clear, accessible documentation for system architecture, data flows and integration points.
- Helping to establish architecture principles, standards and guardrails for delivery teams.
- Challenging the status quo where current processes, systems or decisions create unnecessary complexity.
- Planning and managing your own workload effectively, balancing delivery priorities, stakeholder input and technical decision-making.
The successful candidate will need:
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, CRM Architect or in a similar architectural role.
- Strong Salesforce CRM implementation and/or migration experience.
- Experience designing integrations across multiple systems and platforms.
- Good understanding of APIs, data flows, data migration and legacy system environments.
- The ability to engage credibly with developers and technical teams.
- The ability to work effectively with product, operational and business stakeholders.
- Commercial maturity, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise without requiring constant direction.
- A pragmatic approach to architecture, with a focus on what is deliverable, maintainable and valuable.
- The confidence to challenge existing thinking while remaining constructive, collaborative and solutions-focused.

We’re recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our client, a Norwich-based creative agency that continues to evolve and invest in its digital offering. This is a hands-on role planning, running and reporting on multi-channel B2B campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
What you’ll be doing:
Plan and delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid and organic channels
Build, launch and optimise campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
Write and refine campaign copy (web, social, paid) and ensure quality is maintained
Produce performance reporting in GA4 and make clear recommendations for improvement
Work with client services, design and production and web teams to brief, coordinate and deliver the work
Maintain clear communication throughout and day-to-day campaign updates with clients and stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B agency environment
Hands on experience across paid social, paid search and organic social

What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting outputs that support business needs
Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Reduce reporting issues and manual work with smarter modelling and automation processes
Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into requirements and solutions
Help build and improve the company’s new reporting approach as it’s being developed

What we’re looking for:
