About the Role
Location: Norwich / London, hybrid working, 1 day pw
Job type: Permanent, full-time
We are recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a reputable marketing agency.
This is a hands on role for someone with proven agency experience who is confident managing digital campaigns across paid social, Google Ads and performance marketing.
You will take ownership of campaigns from planning and launch through to optimisation, tracking and reporting, working directly with national and international clients with the internal creative and digital teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns
- Lead, monitor and refine paid social and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets and performance
- Use GA4 to analyse and interpret campaign results
- Use Google Tag Manager and set up robust conversion tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Produce clear client reports, insights and recommendations
- Carry out audience, market and keyword research
- Work directly with clients on campaign strategy, activity and performance
- Brief design, development and production teams on campaign requirements
- Support, mentor and guide a junior member of the digital team
- Assist with campaign proposals, new business pitches and recommendations
Experience required
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Previous experience working within a marketing or digital agency
- Paid social campaign management experience
- Google Ads / PPC planning, management and optimisation experience
- Strong working knowledge of GA4
- Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking experience
- Proven experience managing and optimising digital campaigns to targets
- Confident analysing campaign data and explaining the performance to stakeholders
- Experience working directly with clients and managing day-to-day relationships
