This is a career with scope, and you must be confident using SQL and Python and able to explain your work clearly.
You’ll support reporting and dashboards, improve data quality, analyse metrics, deliver client insights, and help build modern BI capability.
Monday to Friday, onsite 5 days per week. After probation (typical): 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.
What you’ll be doing
Writing SQL queries to analyse data, investigate issues and support reporting.
Using Python for analysis, exploration, automation or problem-solving.
Delivering reports, dashboards and decision-ready outputs.
Checking data for accuracy, consistency and completeness.
Investigating changes, anomalies and inconsistencies in key metrics.
Supporting Power BI reporting and self-serve analytics.
Asking clear questions, clarifying requirements and communicating findings properly.
You should apply only if you can clearly evidence:
Strong SQL skills.
Strong Python skills.
Good Excel skills.
A clear interest in BI, reporting, analytics and data quality.
Around 1–2 years’ relevant experience, or strong practical experience gained through internships, placements, academic projects, portfolio work or self-directed learning.
Motivation to learn, improve and progress.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week during probation.
Useful but not essential
Power BI experience.
Databricks or cloud data platform exposure.

We’re recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our client, a Norwich-based creative agency that continues to evolve and invest in its digital offering. This is a hands-on role planning, running and reporting on multi-channel B2B campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
What you’ll be doing:
Plan and delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid and organic channels
Build, launch and optimise campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
Write and refine campaign copy (web, social, paid) and ensure quality is maintained
Produce performance reporting in GA4 and make clear recommendations for improvement
Work with client services, design and production and web teams to brief, coordinate and deliver the work
Maintain clear communication throughout and day-to-day campaign updates with clients and stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B agency environment
Hands on experience across paid social, paid search and organic social

Strong written skills (copywriting, proofreading) and confident stakeholder communication

We are working with a well-established, market leading UK organisation that is investing significantly in its digital and data capability. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Power Apps Developer to take ownership of their Power Platform environment and play a key role in shaping future digital solutions across the business.
This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building and enhancing Canvas and Model Driven applications that support business critical reporting and operational processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, translating business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions that genuinely improve how teams operate.
The role offers end-to-end ownership, from initial design and build through to deployment, user training, support and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model Driven)
• Develop and enhance Power Platform-led reporting and data platforms
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Support and train users of varying technical ability
• Take ownership of solutions through full lifecycle management
• Support system integrations and wider digital initiatives
Essential Experience:

What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting outputs that support business needs
Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Reduce reporting issues and manual work with smarter modelling and automation processes
Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into requirements and solutions
Help build and improve the company’s new reporting approach as it’s being developed
