We’re partnering with a leader in their field during an exciting time of technical change by building a completely new data platform and moving their estate into Microsoft Fabric. They’re creating a brand-new Data Engineer position to shape this platform, design the warehouse, and influence how data flows across multiple businesses. Why this role stands out You’ll design and develop the core data models, pipelines, and structures that support a brand-new Data Warehouse. This isn’t a legacy clean-up job, you’ll be trusted to build things the right way from day one. You’ll be closely involved in the rollout of Fabric alongside an external consultancy team. If you already know Fabric, great. If not, strong SQL Server and Azure/Databricks experience transfers perfectly, and you’ll get full support to upskill. You’ll work alongside Data, Development and IT colleagues, as well as external consultants. You’ll be the go-to person for shaping pipelines, optimising SQL, and ensuring data quality. Are you passionate about automation and innovation? We’re looking for an Automation Developer to join our team and help transform the way we work. You’ll be using a mix of RPA platforms and AI tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver real business impact. The role is on-site, with some flexible working.  What you’ll be doing: Assess business processes to identify opportunities for automation. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a range of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure/OpenAI services) to extend automation use cases. Deliver end-to-end solutions, including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and support. Ensure automation solutions meet governance, compliance, and security requirements. Work with stakeholders to provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support. Monitor and optimise automation performance for scalability and business value. What we’re looking for: Experience with RPA tools and automation development. Familiarity with AI solutions and how they can be embedded in workflows.
